I have created some affirmations that I say during my daily walking meditation that help me to stay aware of my own mind with regards to all aspects of my Self, taking daily steps to change my own mindset.
You just need to take the time to say them daily.
They do not work overnight.
Change takes time.
Months and even years.
Be consistent, stay aware, stay focused, stay positive moving forward.
