Feeling trapped can continuously bring you down to a place where you feel you have no one to turn too or no place to go. This is a mindset and a wall of security that comes from a place of trauma. You must find a way to heal this within you. To find balance, to find peace so that you may emerge from that painful place.

The Rune Fehu says that if you do decide to reach out to heal this and ask for support, you will be rewarded. You will become rich in heart. It starts with you.
