How to make Gem Water ??

•When making Gem water make sure to look up which crystals are not good for elixirs.

•The one I made this morning has clear quartz, Amethyst, Rose quartz, and Rhodochrosite. ( after 2 days I will take the rose quartz out as your body can only handle rose quartz 2-3 days before it starts to get tired.
