The Benefits of Walking Meditation

There are SO MANY benefits to Walking Meditation but some of my favourites are the accelerated ways in which you are able to learn so much about yourself.
By tapping into the higher dimensions it brings you into a sense of calm and tranquility.
I owe a lot of my ascension process to my walking meditation practice.
If I did not take the time to dedicate my time to this I would not be where I am in my life right now.
I am grateful for being able to slow down, get grounded, and tap into the messages that surround me.
Divine Messages are everywhere, if you are willing to take that time for yourself, you too have access to all that is.
Get out and start walking your way to higher intuition and greater states of being ( and less stress! )
