Walking Meditation Tips

Everyone has their own way of meditating and all the ways in which you meditate is correct.
Walking Meditation is my favorite.
Out of all the ways that I have been able to grow my inner awareness, tap into my innate knowledge, and speak with my guide (s) it has been through this way of meditating that I have opened up the most.
There is no wrong way to do what brings you peace and greater intuition within.
