You are never ever alone and are always supported.As humans on Earth, we have free will to decide and that includes the help we receive from outer dimensional sources. Sometimes there is Divine intervention but for the most part, you must ask.
Even if it feels “silly” at first I want you to start asking for help from your guides ( angels, ascended masters, the gods, source, etc..wherever you feel drawn to start) I promise it WILL feel strange at first. Your ego will NOT want you to believe it is true.
Your night side (right side) of your body will try and push your attention to that side at first to get you to “not believe ” if you find yourself doing that I want you to bring your attention to your left side of your body (your light side, your heart side) This is where truth resides 
Pretend like you are talking to an imaginary friend. And then do that over and over again building a relationship with your guide (s)
